These Terms of Service are a legally binding agreement governing your use of the MissXss platform. By using the platform, you agree to these terms.
1. PARTIES AND DEFINITIONS
Service Provider: MissXss - XSystemSoft
Platform: https://missxss.com.tr website and all sub-services
User: Natural/legal person registered or using the platform
2. ACCOUNT CREATION AND MANAGEMENT
Account Requirements
- Must be over 13 years old (parental consent required for under 18)
- Must provide accurate and current information
- You are responsible for account security
- Cannot share your account with others
Account Termination
You can close your account at any time. Your account may be suspended or terminated in the following cases:
- Violation of terms of service
- Fraud or abuse
- Sharing spam or harmful content
- Threatening platform security
3. PROHIBITED CONDUCT
The following behaviors are strictly prohibited when using the platform:
- Conducting illegal activities
- Unauthorized access to others' accounts
- Using bots or automated systems (except MissXss services)
- Testing or attempting to hack platform security
- Sharing misleading or false information
- Uploading copyright infringing content
- Hate speech, harassment or threatening behavior
4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
All content, design, logos, code and other materials of the MissXss platform are the property of MissXss or its licensors.
- Cannot copy, distribute or modify platform content
- MissClicks and other software cannot be reverse engineered
- Cannot use or sell platform APIs without permission
5. PREMIUM SUBSCRIPTION TERMS
Subscription Features
- Access to Premium features is valid during subscription period
- Access is automatically suspended if payment fails
- Auto-renewal can be stopped at any time
- Price changes apply to the next period
Cancellation and Refund
Please see the Right of Withdrawal and Waiver Information page for details. The 14-day withdrawal right is invalid after starting to use the digital service.
6. DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY
The MissXss platform is provided "as is". We do not accept responsibility for:
- Service interruptions or technical malfunctions
- Data loss or damage
- Issues with third-party services (Twitch, Kick, TikTok, YouTube, Discord etc.)
- Disputes between users
- Consequences of transactions made through the platform
- Accuracy or outcomes of AI features used
- Commands, responses or content created or used by the user
IMPORTANT:
MissXss is not responsible for account bans or restrictions resulting from other platform policies. You are obliged to comply with the terms of use of the relevant services when using the platforms.
7. SERVICE CHANGES
MissXss may, at any time without prior notice:
- Change or remove platform features
- Update terms of service
- Change pricing (existing subscriptions not affected until their expiration)
- Temporarily suspend service for maintenance
- Temporarily suspend service for maintenance in case of faults or other platform-related issues
8. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
For disputes arising from this agreement:
- First, contact should be made via the email address [email protected] for dispute resolution.
- Turkish Republic laws apply
- Turkish courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction
- Consumer Arbitration Committees can be applied for consumer complaints
